Sometimes simplicity is the best option. And to me, simple means a white button-down shirt, jeans and a scarf. I saw a girl on the subway wearing a similar jacket the other day and made me want to wear mine. So, I did.
You might also notice a few little hearts that are now permanently colored on my body. If you consider white a color. I decided to get my very first tattoo after my dear mother told me she was thinking of getting her first. The more I thought about it, the more excited I got, and as soon as I decided what I wanted and where, there was no turning back.
And just so you know, it doesn't feel like getting a bandaid ripped off like I was told from my sister. It is quite possibly the worst pain I've felt in my life to date. Luckily it only took about 30 seconds, but man oh man.
I gathered drawings and cards that I've received over the years; the top heart my little sister drew when she was about 8, the middle is from a Valentine's Day card my older sister sent me last year, and the bottom is from a post it my mom sent me attached to my first business card.
