Top it Off With a Hat

Rain hat: something you wear to protect your hair, when it may be sprinkling and an umbrella isn't quite necessary.

In the summer, this is what I live by for cloudy, may or may not rain days. If my bag isn't big enough for an umbrella or if I just feel like my outfit needs a new, unexpected element, I top it off with a cute hat. Pun intended.
