For some of us, this is the time of year that you will see those extended cousins from all corners of the universe. For others, it is a special time to eat some delicious food with your closest loved ones. For me, it's both; we have a small dinner with my parents and sisters, then venture to the other relatives houses. My mom likes to cook for us because she knows how much we all look forward to her cooking. Especially me since I only get it every so often.
Now, let's talk about our wardrobes. Naturally, when I think of the holidays, I want to wear my highest heels and anything with sequins. Luckily for me, my birthday falls right between Christmas and New Year's, so I usually keep the sequins and such for the month of December.
As I pack for my journey back to New Hampshire, I am planning outfits partially for the fact that it's going to be freezing, but I can always wear a huge jacket. Also, that the only places I will really need to look fantastic are Thanksgiving dinner, Black Friday shopping, and church on Sunday. See below!
